Stayhealthy.com,

to screen, assess and monitor their health, has signed an
agreement with Measurement Specialties, Inc. (AMEX:MSS) to
supply Stayhealthy.com's new CT1 Personal Calorie Tracker
with Measurement Specialties, Inc.'s accelerometer
technology. John Collins, Chief Executive Officer of
Stayhealthy.com, and Joseph R. Mallon Jr., Chief Executive
Officer of Measurement Specialties, made the announcement
today.
Stayhealthy.com's
initial order, which is valued at $3 million, will be used
in the CT1 Personal Calorie Tracker to be introduced in
June. A simple, easy-to-use device that looks just like a
pager, the CT1 allows users to accurately monitor their
caloric burn by measuring and recording body movement. Using
Measurement Specialties' state-of-the-art multiple axis
piezopolymer accelerometer technology, the CT1 accurately
tracks caloric burn during a particular activity, a specific
time frame or throughout the day.

loss and respiratory function.
"MSI is an
