Stayhealthy.com, a leader in developing and marketing Web-enabled clinical-grade products and services that empower consumers to screen, assess and monitor their health, has signed an agreement with Measurement Specialties, Inc. (AMEX:MSS) to supply Stayhealthy.com's new CT1 Personal Calorie Tracker with Measurement Specialties, Inc.'s accelerometer technology. John Collins, Chief Executive Officer of Stayhealthy.com, and Joseph R. Mallon Jr., Chief Executive Officer of Measurement Specialties, made the announcement today.
Stayhealthy.com's initial order, which is valued at $3 million, will be used in the CT1 Personal Calorie Tracker to be introduced in June. The Stayhealthy.com CT1 Personal Calorie Tracker is a perfect example of providing a cost effective, high technology solution that allows our customer to create a new and innovative product," said Mallon.        "MSI is an industry leader with innovative technologies that play a vital role in the ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our products and services," said Collins. "We are looking forward to including their technology in a wide variety of web-enabled products from Stayhealthy.com."
